Bg3 it's based on 5ed mechanics and lore and so you could easily be a devotion paladin of evil alignment, thematically strange but mechanically possible Since bg3 lacks any form of alignment mechanic, I suggest you find a reasonable explanation on why your paladin might break the oath they had taken and simply go along with it for the roleplay

If you accidentally or purposefully become and oathbreaker Paladin and then want to revert back to a oath of ancients devotion vengeance paladin, can you not bypass the 2000g fee to the oath breaker knight simply by respeccing for 100g with Withers ??
