I understand the MSN site is not loading on Edge; Initially I recommend that you check if you are updated with the latest version of Windows 10; Press Windows key + i and go to Update and Security; Click Check for updates and do ALL pending updates; Reset Edge settings; Open Edge and go to Settings;

What happens is this: 1) we go to the "msn games" menu which opens correctly, 2) we select a game and the "Play Now" widow opens, 3) we select "Play Now" and the ad and progress bar appear as they should, but only a small upper portion of the game window appears Is anybody experiencing this problem? I have tried to test to reproduce your issue and found that some online games do lose game progress after exiting the page, however the community forums are not part of the same team as MSN and there is only a limited amount of help I can offer you, if you would like to get further help I can point you in the right direction to contact the MSN
