welcome to my personal collection of favorite nautical, landscape, wildlife, people photography/ videos! growing up exploring along the atlantic ocean and my home province of nova scotia has truly influenced my love of beautiful scenery, sailing, flying and venturing off the beaten path.
whether on foot, mountain bike, vessel or helicopter, i'm always looking for the shot. 'opportunistic shooting' as i like to call it, beautiful light + a beautiful landscape or subject with a new angle or approach keeps photography interesting for me! my work has been featured in calendars, magazines and can be found promoting many great nova scotian attractions and businesses. my day job as a helicopter pilot has given me the opportunity to mentor many amazing aerial photographers and camera operators from shooting small features and commercials to major motion pictures. i love photography and the creative outlet it provides.
