my feminine energies are the source of my creativity. emotions, pain and loneliness pave the way for my creations. i find self-expression when i am working on my painting, lost in the myriad of deep colours and space, making aesthetic choice of the hues and technique. i love using vibrant and deep colours. i am inspired by spirituality, deeply delving in its mystery and vastness which form the central theme of my paintings. being a feminist and deeply involved with the cause of women, helps me unravel a womens hidden pain and the pangs of motherhood. i prefer to use oil and acrylic as my medium. i have evolved a style of my own by using sand as my base medium in many of my works. art is my love, my passion and my soul.
