I press video record, the button shows its recording, but i look in my roblox folder in videos and theres nothing new it only seems to work when its not running

I started to get into animation and I want to upload them on here to get feedback but I am a dumb person and don’t know which program is the best to do this The Roblox recorder records in a low fps, at least for me so I would much rather use a different program So what do you guys use?
