Rant So I had an online exam scheduled a few weeks ago and the OnVUE app (OnVUE-22 8 85 exe) just would not launch no matter what I tried killing all the other apps and services, services running in the background, updating the OS, uninstalling all the VPN apps, any other apps that I did not need, adding exclusions in the antivirus, uninstalling the antivirus completely, warm and cold booting
