Coming out of a self imposed Reddit banishment because I personally know how frustrating this is Yes, this a known issue with the new MiLogin integration and MiBridges, it seems I fell in to the same loop You answer all the biographic questions, it says you are verified and you can go look at your letters, etc But, when you try it says you need to verify again I tried multiple times

Whoever built the website doesn't know what they are doing and are picking up a big check for a crap site This MiLogin, MiBridges, MiHealth is a hot mess! They need to get it worked out and it will make everything much simpler for EVERYONE! Right now its more frustrating and a real obstacle to care
