Had the same issue - I was able to fix it by going into Task Manager and ending the task for "Jabra Direct" under Processes Note I had already closed Jabra Direct from the taskbar but there was still a process running called Jabra Direct When this was ended the installation completed with no issue Reply reply ctmred •

There is the Jabra Sound+ that allows for managing your devices if you own the Jabra Evolve2 85, Evolve2 75, Evolve2 55, Evovle2 65 or Evolve2 Buds But for any other Enterprise headsets you will need to use the Link dongle to interact with the Jabra Direct App on your PC

I did have to download Jabra Direct software I also updated Firmware for the Link 380 dongle, but I was still not connecting to Jabra Evolve 2 65 headset However, the Jabra Direct software has a "pairing" menu item When I looked at that, it showed a different device paired to the dongle and I couldn't search for and see that head set

Did some research online and it appeared that the answer was to download the Jabra Direct app, but this doesn't detect the headset unless you're using the Jabra USB dongle My laptop is in and out of a dock which obscures the only USB-C port on the laptop, so wasn't really practical for me to use the included dongle

Although this command threw a lot of errors and didn't see the app come up, but subsequently when I retried the update through the Jabra Direct App UI, to update to FW 2 11 1, that finally worked
