Look at the bottom of that dialog box for the Format pop-up menu It probably says "Images Only"; if it does, that's why you didn't get the links Change the Format menu to "HTML and Images" and Photoshop will export both the JPEG images and an HTML web page containing the hyperlinks

Any hyperlinks that have been created in the Acrobat pdf will also have been flattened You can, however, recreate the needed links in InDesign by drawing a transparent box over the places that need linking and using the Hyperlink Panel to make those boxes into "replacement" hyperlinks
