Guideline was one of the firms on the short list I knew another advisor that had used them for a couple of clients and it was kinda hit or miss I remember him having to put out a lot of fires and he was constantly going back and forth with the employer employees and Guideline The other firm that I was comparing them to was Betterment (at work)

I use Gusto and just picked up Human Interest I wasn't willing to pay all the fees associated with guideline I have Betterment as as personal checking investment account No idea they were offering 401k though Both HI and Betterment are "robo-advisor" driven I have had no issues with the integration of Gusto and HI
