Paid $126 a yard 2 years ago when I ordered my pole barn concrete Probably closer to $140 now Big difference doing the work yourself from hiring it out Mesh, rebar, vapor barrier and concrete are all added costs Labor is the killer part Just under 6 yards for a 4" pour on a 20x24 Pretty common thickness if using it for residential use I did my own work but hiring a finish man to power
