Buildium vs AppFolio for Larger Portfolio - BiggerPockets I have seen multiple people post to go with AppFolio for a larger portfolio over Buildium, specifically have seen people say to go with it if your portfolio is 150 units+ I currently own and manage 300 units (made up of a few larger apartment complexes) and want software that will work well if I were to double or triple to 600-1,000 units
AppFolio Users: Anybody using Inventory Management module?AppFolio . . . In the spirit of "I've finally resigned myself to the fact that AppFolio has me by the balls and I'm trying to do everything that we can directly in AppFolio" I'm embarking on a journey to set up inventory management in our shop storage racks and managed in AppFolio Does anybody have experience with this?
I believe that Appfolio is costing owners thousands of dollarsI believe . . . They have documentation and Appfolio says it was a failed dispute I worked in payments for 12 years including when I got started in real estate (and was on the bp podcast) If Appfolio is actually not disputing these charges with appropriate documentation and telling property managers they are doing so it's costing owners 1000s of dollars
Appfolio Experience as Property Owner?Appfolio . . . - BiggerPockets It looks like Appfolio doesn't have a way for owners to see ledgers in real time - instead owners can only see reports that are generated at specific moments in time Is that true? Is there a way for me to see the lease ledger and accounting ledgers in real time, without waiting for a monthly report?
