I'm after some advice I recently moved home so have a new address I purchased some footwear through Sportsdirect
- Sports Direct - purchase online, possible to exchange at store?
I ordered a rucksack online at Sports Direct It arrived and the colour is awful So I really want to exchange it for the same item, but in a different colour Rather than all the hassle of posting it back to their returns department, is it possible for me to go to their local store and simply exchange it for the same item in a different colour? Please no replies saying things like "probably

Hi all, This is still ongoing, and not resolved yet, but I felt the need to vent I purchased the one and only thing I've ever bought from sportsdirect com at the start of August It was a boxing bag for my son's birthday present, as he's started karate and wanted to practice at home They had a good range, so I ordered from them Anyway, this was the one and only item I ordered from them

Does anyone know what I do about reporting sports direct? They have mixed up my order and sent me a pair of woman’s La gear leggings instead of 2 kids nike tracksuits 🤯 They are refusing to take responsibility saying my items were scanned, packed together and sent to me so will not refund or send my items which I paid nearly £70 for and received a pair of £15 99 leggings instead 😡

SportsDirect seems to not get that I was told I needed to return the shoes by post (and pay another £4 99) for them to accept them and process a refund Another unhappy customer (one of many), who will never, ever shop with them again Presumably you read the instructions on how to return items before completing your purchase?

Thoughts please Bought a pair of Adidas suede trainers for my daughter end of July 25 cost £41 from Sports Direct in store Worn only a couple of times on holiday in August which is evident by the lack of any wear on them However, the material has pulled apart on the right shoe, by the toe, which is a clear and obvious fault with the shoe
